After the success of Emma’s second novel, Animals, the book was adapted into a film for which she wrote the screenplay. She’s currently adapting her latest novel, Adults, for television as well as writing a memoir about post-natal depression that is not depressing. Join in the discussion as we talk about the creative challenges of plot and structure and how adaption has influenced Emma’s approach to prose.
